Nick Rains

CPM

Nick Rains is the co-founder of Mended.Life, a mentoring network for individuals healing from betrayal trauma and unwanted sexual sin. His passion for helping others was born out of his own journey through childhood trauma, addiction, and redemption. As a Certified Professional Mentor with 25 years of pastoral experience, Nick is committed to walking alongside others as they pursue wholeness through Christ.

He offers 1-on-1 and group mentoring via phone or video calls. Nick also has a deep heart for serving pastors struggling with sexual sin and supporting churches navigating the fallout of sexual brokenness. As a Christ-centered mentor, he believes that every person can experience true healing, freedom, and the restoration of their God-given identity.

Nick lives just outside of Knoxville, Tennessee, where he enjoys life with his wife, Farah, their three children—Elysia, Jamin, and Egan—and their granddaughter, Eleanor. In his spare time, he loves traveling, spending time outdoors, working on his homestead, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols and Titans.
