The Recovery Accelerator

For group mentoring, you’ll meet with Michael and the rest of your group once a week via live video (i.e. Zoom) for 60-75 minutes.

For 1:1 mentoring, since you’ll be conversing asynchronously throughout the week via voice DMs, there are no scheduled weekly meetings.  However, once a month, you’ll meet with Michael in a live video or phone session for a 30-minute check-in.

In both cases, you’ll be expected to spend an additional 60-90 minutes each week completing your assigned reading lesson and submitting your weekly Checking-In form. Any additional time you spend using other recovery tools like our Daily Disciplines™ is up to you.

Your financial & time commitment is month-to-month. We don’t want to lock you into doing something that’s not working for you. Since there are limited openings, all we ask is that you give Michael 30-day notice via text or email of your intent to leave either program so he’ll have time to replace you with someone from our waitlist.

If you take advantage of our discounted quarterly pricing and give notice of your intent to leave with less than 30 days remaining in your term, you will be responsible to pay for an additional month to cover that 30 day notice period. But if there are more than 30 days remaining in your 90-day term, you won’t be liable for any additional charges.

Since we only require a month-to-month commitment and a 30-day notice, we don’t offer any refunds or guarantees. If you try it out and find it’s not working for you, you’re free to leave either program at any time. This applies whether you sign up for monthly or quarterly pricing.

When you first sign up, you’ll be required to pay a monthly or quarterly amount via credit or debit card. Going forward, your card will be automatically charged on that same day each month or quarter until you’ve given us notice of your intent to leave the program and fulfilled your financial obligation to pay for that final 30 days.

That’s simple – we do that in order to be able to maintain the highest level of service quality to our valued mentee clients. It’s also why we don’t tie you down to making long-term commitments.

Based on our extensive past experience, we’ve found groups of 8-10 are the optimal size for video-based group mentoring.

Michael’s limit on the number of 1:1 mentees he’ll work with at any one time is based primarily on his personal workload considerations.

Regardless of what program you choose, you can expect to receive the very best Michael has to offer.

In that case, you’ll be invited to join our waitlist. That way, when someone leaves the program or we decide to expand our availability, you’ll be in line to join your desired program on a first-come, first-served basis.

That’s great! But first, you’ll need to fill out an online application to see if you qualify. Just go to the pricing table on this web page, click on the desired “Apply Today” button, and complete the application.

Michael will be back in touch with you within 48 hours to let you know whether or not you qualify, and if you do, what your next steps are.

In your Group Mentoring Accelerator application, you’ll be asked to indicate from a number of options what days and times you’d be available to meet with the group.

Based on your responses and those we received from all the other group mentoring applicants, and if you meet our qualifications, you’ll be put on a wait list for each day and time you select. As soon as we’ve got enough men to start a group in one of your preferred times (6 is the minimum), we’ll let you know.

Then, we’ll contact you and each person on that time slot’s wait list and fill the group on a first come-first served basis. Once the group is officially formed, you’ll be emailed a link to a secure payment page and expected to pay for your first month or quarter, whichever you choose. Once everyone’s paid, the group will meet shortly thereafter.

As soon as your application’s been accepted, Michael will email you a link to a secure payment page where you can make your first monthly or quarterly payment. Your 1:1 mentoring will begin immediately following your making your initial payment, all of which can occur within a few day time from when you first applied.
