For group mentoring, you’ll meet with Michael and the rest of your group once a week via live video (i.e. Zoom) for 60-75 minutes.

For 1:1 mentoring, since you’ll be conversing asynchronously throughout the week via voice DMs, there are no scheduled weekly meetings.  However, once a month, you’ll meet with Michael in a live video or phone session for a 30-minute check-in.

In both cases, you’ll be expected to spend an additional 60-90 minutes each week completing your assigned reading lesson and submitting your weekly Checking-In form. Any additional time you spend using other recovery tools like our Daily Disciplines™ is up to you.

Your financial & time commitment is month-to-month. We don’t want to lock you into doing something that’s not working for you. Since there are limited openings, all we ask is that you give Michael 30-day notice via text or email of your intent to leave either program so he’ll have time to replace you with someone from our waitlist.

If you take advantage of our discounted quarterly pricing and give notice of your intent to leave with less than 30 days remaining in your term, you will be responsible to pay for an additional month to cover that 30 day notice period. But if there are more than 30 days remaining in your 90-day term, you won’t be liable for any additional charges.

Since we only require a month-to-month commitment and a 30-day notice, we don’t offer any refunds or guarantees. If you try it out and find it’s not working for you, you’re free to leave either program at any time. This applies whether you sign up for monthly or quarterly pricing.

When you first sign up, you’ll be required to pay a monthly or quarterly amount via credit or debit card. Going forward, your card will be automatically charged on that same day each month or quarter until you’ve given us notice of your intent to leave the program and fulfilled your financial obligation to pay for that final 30 days.

That’s simple – we do that in order to be able to maintain the highest level of service quality to our valued mentee clients. It’s also why we don’t tie you down to making long-term commitments.

Based on our extensive past experience, we’ve found groups of 20 are the optimal size for video-based group mentoring, especially since there’s usually a few members missing each week.

Michael’s limit on the number of 1:1 mentees he’ll work with at any one time is based primarily on his personal workload considerations.

Regardless of what program you choose, you can expect to receive the very best Michael has to offer.

In that case, you’ll be invited to join our waitlist. That way, when someone leaves the program or we decide to expand our availability, you’ll be in line to join your desired program on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll start receiving a series of emails right away and in the following days that will give you your login credentials and further instructions on what to do next to get started.

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email from Michael with a link to an online form where you’ll be able to indicate your availability across a variety of days and times.

Based on your responses and those we received from all the other group members, you’ll either be notified that you’ve been assigned to a group meeting on a specific day and time you said you were available for, or be informed that your availability unfortunately doesn’t match up with the day and time we selected.

In the latter case, you’ll be given an opportunity to either join that group anyways, or receive a full refund and be put on a priority waitlist for any future groups we might offer.

Your group will begin meeting on the selected day and time during the week of August 26th, 2024.

1:1 mentoring is scheduled to begin the week of August 19th, but definitely no later than the week of August 26th, 2024. If you sign up after August 26th, it begins immediately once you’ve signed up.

While Michael would not be the person delivering such services to betrayed partners for obvious reasons, depending on the success and demand we see for these men’s programs, we do plan on exploring making similar accelerators available to betrayed partners in the future through our Affiliate Partner Program (TBD).
